At Klesso, we’re committed to delivering a high-value AI-powered content generation experience. This Refund Policy explains how we handle payments, cancellations, and refund requests.
1. No Refunds on Subscriptions
All payments made for Klesso subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes:
Monthly or annual subscription fees
Unused time or features within a billing cycle
Accidental upgrades or user mistakes
Downgrades during an active billing period
Once a subscription is purchased, the sale is final.
2. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue a refund under the following rare conditions:
You were charged twice for the same period
You were charged after successfully canceling before renewal
There was a platform-wide service outage for more than 72 consecutive hours
To request a refund in these cases, email us with the relevant details (see Section 5).
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.
We encourage users to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues amicably.
